When your car breaks down dada will not pay

I bought my car for a huge sum of money from dada, but from day one the car was not right. The brakes were making noise, the engine was not running as it should and warning lights were coming on. Dada said that they would fix it and service it and provide runflat tires. They did not fix the brakes, the engine problem later caused the turbos shaft to completely break of. Bmw quoted R47000 and dada just started to ignore me and not take my calls. The warranty that I paid for only pays R5000 in event of turbo failure witch has not even been paid. Dada motors have allso not yet gave me the cars papers even though I pay the car every month. There after sales service is very poor, and the will lie to you to make or save money.
