Unreliable Sales Person

I referred a colleague of mine to this dealership to purchase a vehicle from the salesman Seuns Frederick as Seun and I had a telephonic discussion that I would recieve a R5000 spotter fee if my colleague purchased a vehicle from the dealership. Deal was signed last week Tuesday and since than Seun has been giving me excuses regarding my spotter fee and his now been very unhelpful after receiving the deal.
