SETTLEMENT OF VEHICLE

On the 8th May 2015 I contacted my BMW X1 sdrive 2.0 desiel to DADA with the intention of selling the vehicle We signed an agreement that they are purchasing the vehicle but since the monthly installment for May was already due, then they refund the installment which was R4650 and then settle the vehicle which was R195 316.46. They haven't settled the vehicle to date. Instead they have been refunding the monthly installment until October 2015. On 30 October 2015 I went to DADA motors to make them aware that the contract has come to an end and the is outstanding balloon payment of R169 616.96 . They then signed another agreement indicating that they will settle the vehicle on or before 15th of November 2015. On the 12th I reminded them of the settlement agreement. I was given impression that they have settled the vehicle and they will send proof of payment . On 13th I checked with BMW Finance and settlement was R170 536.77 and was told that they haven't received any payment . I've contacted Dada Motors again today 16th November 2015 till now I'm waiting for proof of payment. I think they are now playing games. I'm afraid this will affect my credibility.
