EPC light issue on VW

I bought a polo DSG 2022 rline in December 2023 as second hand car.upon driving it home it started showing EPC light on my dashboard and then I took the car back to the garage. The dealership agreed to fix the issue and they gave me a courtesy car..six months later the car is still not fixed and the dealership doesn't want to cancel the deal and refund the bank it's money..I have been paying the bank for the car I am not driving..I have even approached the motor ombudsman to intervene.once the have bank has paid the money into their Bank account it becomes a struggle to get it back..I am left frustrated.
