Car dispute

I bought a car in December 2019 at Dada motors.on 26 October 2020 I was at Maponya mall I approached by Nedbank debt collectors saying that they need to take the car because is owning. Apparently Dada motor did not settled the account of the previous owner, they sell the car to me.
