Rude chairman

I spoke to a RB JENKINS who is incredibly rude & would not even listen to why I was calling. He told me to stop wasting his time & proceeded to drop the call. The other horror stories below & on Facebook are terrible. These people are incredibly cruel & do not deserve to be considered animal *****s.
