Absolutely amazing service

When my dura swing gate motor broke, a technician I found on line told me to buy a transformer, I then called Dace security in Kempton park, spoke to Danie who sounded like a genuinely pleasant person on the phone. This was further confirmed when I got to the premises and had an encounter with him. After installing the transformer, my gate motor worked for one day only and stopped working. I then kept calling Dace just to ask for advice (all technicians charge a callout fee to diagnose and some misdiagnose), I spoke to Danie on some occasions on others I spoke to Mandy. To my surprise, Mandy was just as pleasant, genuine and helpful as Danie I just assumed that they are brother and sister who were raised well.<br> <br> Both Mandy and Danie advices me to take out the motor and bring it to the shop for diagnoses. Danie told me me how. I managed to take the motor to the shop, Mandy and Dannie went out of their way to assist me, exchanged my faulty PC board for a sparkling working one hassle free and re-set my motor. I came out a happy, satisfied patron. <br> <br> It is because of such people that the world can be a better place, genuinely wonderful individuals. I am forever grateful.
