Shocked and disappointed with the treatment from owner of beach home!!!,

My family and I had a terrible weekend away at holiday accommodation that we booked in Port Shepstone. We were celebrating my mom's 70th birthday only to be ****** of our belongings on the Saturday night.

I am trying to create awareness about the level of security at the property. The owners response to the agent was shocking and cold.I post my review on Where to stay only to find out that the website surely doesn't care about reviews of actual events that occurred
