Appalling customer service and communication

Bought a shoes closet from these people on the 1st of May 2019. No communication ever since, sent emails and tried to call but never got anyone. Website also had no updates regarding deliveries and furniture deliveries are currently taking place. Today 25 May I sent a message on Facebook and their response was "dispatched". And they tell me I cannot classify their service as "appalling" because they did not respond within 20 minutes for an order placed 3 weeks back! no apology nothing just messed up attitude topped with zero service delivery. As a customer I expect UPDATES & COMMUNICATION.
