Driver ran away with my car from accident spot

My rented car met an accident on 24th April 2015 on Bram fisher drive, Randburg. I called up Insurance company Paladin's customer care whose sticker was present in my car.Neither Paladin call center nor my owner updated me that they my rented car is not under their Insurance cover and Paladin sent Daantjies towing to accident spot.<br> <br> At the same time I called up my owner who refused to tow the car by Daantjies Towing. But the driver already loaded the car and even after continuous request he didn't unload the car. The driver called up his boss Peet fought with us, refused to unload and fled away with my car<br> <br> It was an extended weekend. Daantjies kept my car in storage for 3 days and than charged me 3k for giving my car back.Daantjies towing was reluctant to listen anything and unfortunately I had to pay them 3k bucks.<br> <br> I called up and complained to Paladin who had sent Daantjies Towing vehicle about the misbehavior and unprofessional act. They registered a case number Dst*** . Its been more than one month there is no progress in this case.<br> <br> I am highly disappointed by Daantjies unprofessional & greedy act. <br> <br> Never ever call Daantjies Towing for any assistance
