10 broken promises

I needed an electrical certificate of compliance for a house I have sold. I contacted Daan Van Wyk about 2 months ago and he said it is not a problem he will come out and do an inspection and issue the COC. After a week I phone him again and he promised me he will do it the weekend, but sadly he did not. He promised me on 10 different occasions that he will come out and do the work but he never did. To make it worse, yesterday I receive an email notifying me that I must pay R 1 600 before he will come out. He must be mad if he thinks I going to pay him before he does the work base on all his previous broken promises.<br> <br> Daan Van Wyk is probably the most unreliable person in South Africa, if you do need an electrician do not bother with this clown.
