Bad Service, Bad Ethics, Bad everything - Da Vinci Kitchens Sophiatown

<p>I recruited Da Vinci kitchens when I stayed in Johannesburg Sophiatown. The owner goes as Tenswell Da Vinci ( ********** 785). At the first appointment we discussed designs for bedroom cupboards and he showed a few samples. Upon quotation he mentioned we could not get the wood we wanted.</p> <p> </p> <p>His work is untidy and he demands money all the time. He has a young boy that is an assitant to him. During the installation rppocess he would be vulgar towards this young man and scream at the top of his voice and make this young man run up and down the corridoor. He has no manner and ethic, he made considerable chnages to simplify his work and did not alter the price, for example, where he put in a rail instead of wood, the price remained the same.</p> <p> </p> <p>He did not provide a statement of work, he does not make proper arrangement to be on your property and he does not conduct himself professionally. He sends watsapp messages during customers private time and demands money and payment in full, when the work agreed upon was not completed.</p> <p> </p> <p>He gets very frustrated when asked to fix up his shortfalls and tends to blame the customer and swear the customer. I have all the evidence on my phone to prove his uncanniness,.</p> <p> </p> <p>He has even threatened to come onto my property and rip apart the cupboards. He isnt apologetic for his behaviour.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not utilise his service or encourage any other hard working individual to waste their money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am happy for a reputable carpenter to come and see what a mess my cupboards are after having paid R15000 .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
