Misleading, False advertising, Not getting items you paid for
D.A Decori Artitecprints Quality Supply's a.k.a Shop.Pro Printing
I would like to advise you to reconsider supporting this business as it does not offer a valuable use of your time, money, and the goods they provide are of low quality and accompanied by subpar service.
I looked through their catalog, inquired about the products shown in the pictures, asked about the delivery time, and was informed that the duvet sets would take 3 days to arrive, arriving on the weekend. I purchased 2 full sets but only require 1 set of curtains for the boys' shared room, similar to the ones in the picture. Additionally, I bought a rug for my lounge. I made the payment on the morning of February 14, 2024.
As the weekend came, the rug arrived and caused some confusion as Jannie mistakenly thought we had ordered two rugs. I clarified that we only wanted one and took the rug. However, when I opened it later that evening, I found that the carpet was dirty and the print didn't match the advertised design, with missing details. The rug was in bad condition, with folded corners and a stubborn crease that wouldn't go away.
I asked for a replacement, which will be only delivered the next weekend. They assured me that the new rug was of better quality and made from a thicker material compared to the thin rugs we initially received. Unfortunately, the new rug was also unsatisfactory, so I decided to fold it up and put it away. I ended up buying another rug from a different store.
However, the bedroom sets still hadn't been delivered, and Jannie left so quickly in the car that we couldn't even ask him about the bedding, which we still haven't received.
Over time, the situation continued to unravel with increasingly absurd tales emerging. There appear to be two people in charge of this business, but it is difficult to determine who is being honest because of the numerous falsehoods. Jannie asserts that he is a partner, whereas the individual, Justin, I dealt with and paid for my order insists that it is his business and Jannie is merely an employee. In summary, neither of them reveals the truth about the actual situation as they both feign ignorance about each other's intentions.
Jannie explained that the bedding order was delayed because they had to get it printed by an outside company, causing frustration with the supplier's delays.
Jannie let me know that they had received the prints after I asked for a refund. However, his mother was busy with another customer's order and couldn't sew the bedding and curtains right away. Despite being given promised dates, the bedding never arrived, leading to a series of excuses. The next excuse was that their residential complex had no electricity for a week, preventing them from sewing the bedding.
A week passed before I told them I was out of patience and demanded my items. Jannie arrived at 10pm, but only brought half of what I ordered, and it didn't match the catalog pictures. One of the duvets had been printed on the incorrect material, resulting in a completely different image. Additionally, the colour and size of the duvet were different than expected. Unfortunately, the one curtain drop and the four scattered cushions were not included in the delivery.
The following day, I informed Jannie about the problem with the duvet, and he shifted the blame to the printing company they had hired. He professed to have no knowledge about the scatter cushions. He also mentioned that a curtain drop had fallen off his car seat and assured me that he would return it. He stated that he had obtained a printer part from Turkey and could now print it himself if given another opportunity, to which I agreed. However, the promised deadlines were not met due to another electricity problem, this time at the factory for another week. The delivery was postponed multiple times, and his mother was too preoccupied to sew our order. But he has got another seamstress which is obviously a lie.
I was frustrated and asked Jannie to return everything, including the free "kitchen set" carpets he gave me as an apology, because I only wanted what I paid for or a refund. I warned that if the issue wasn't resolved, I would expose them. Justin, the partner, immediately threatened me with a lawyer, claiming I was unhappy about everything and acting like he didn't know about the missing items. I'm still unsatisfied - I received a free "toilet set" I didn't want, and when the bedding finally arrived days late, the duvet was worse than before, still the curtain drop was missing, and the scatter cushions had another brand's life-size, trademark-logo on them. The prints were low quality, colours were dull, and overall terrible. They didn't even inform me of the delivery and left it with the gate security. This is the kind of service they provide. They now have the option to involve the lawyer they mentioned, as I have reached my limit and feel the need to caution others. Evidence in the form of photos, videos, and messages is available for viewing upon request. In total, this is 6 weeks later.
