Disappointed

Disappointing /Shocking Terrible service and awful standard of workmanship.

David begged me to work on my vehicle. Instead of following specific instructions of what I want. He went rogue and did whatever he wanted to do without my permission causing damage. After having my car for 4 weeks on a job he quoted requiring 5 to 7 days for, my car has been returned with very costly damages! Suspect that the products that they use are sub standard because they refuse to disclose any information on which products have been used. David made a lot of false promises about how "stunning" he will make my car, returning it to "showroom condition" Am ever so sorry for having used these guys. Took my car to these guys after a horrible experience with another detailer, they promised me that they would sort out everything and restore my vehicle to "showroom" condition. Now have an even more costly task of restoring my vehicle after the damages they've caused.

There has to be regulatory standards put in place so that this situation can be prevented and customers safeguarded against this.

Would not recommend them.
