D6 has no customer service at all

I was using D6 to pay for my child's school fees, and the D6 app is not allowing me to make the payment. I called several times, and my call is other bounced from one person to another or it is point blank ignored. I have sent an email to their technical support, and they didn't even bother to respond. Now the deadline for paying the school fees is fast approaching the money is there and loaded on the D6 account but I can't pay because of their app and no one at D6 is willing to help. Terrible! Terrible service! I definitely would not recommend them.
