D5 ARTISANS - VREDENBURG/LANGEBAAN

I was reading the review by Brandon on 2 June 2025 and it was as if I had written the review except with different dates. D5 Artisans received their deposit of over R200 000.00 in July 2024, they were to start end November 2024 and as per the contract I paid the further 20% first draw payable on commencement of work - which was a further R63 000.00 after which were told they would be on site the next day.... needless to say ... nothing- no calls answered, no whatsapps rep**** tp, no emails - no contact. I was in tears !!

I contacted KSA (who D5 belonged to when i concluded the contract) but unfortunately D5 Artisans was suspended and they could not assist.

5 months after initial installation date, with still no installation in sight and excuses after excuses I had to instruct an attorney to place him on terms and force him to come do what he had been paid for 5 months ago.

Kitchen, Cupboards and Vanities were completed eventually last week - i cannot even begin to comment on the snag list... the remaining 10 % due to him is not even enough to cover the repairs to our Cemcrete floors and walls... never mind the poor quality workmanship.
