Nondelivery and no refund

D2 Supply & Diagnostics, Sebastiaan failed to deliver. Since I waited for my order since April 2023 to date nothing has happened. I requested my refund from him but he does not want to pay back my money. Whenever I call him to pay back my money he keeps on saying he is busy. He even shouts at me. People must be careful when dealing with D2 Supply & Diagnostics.
