Just promises and no delivery

Unfortunately my experience with Sebastiaan du Plessis from D2 Supply & Diagnostics from Velkom has been a nightmare. After paying him for an engine's part which he said he could supply, the part has never arrived and the only thing I get from him is promises after promises that he will pay my money back. The money for the part was deposited on 10th May. According to my dictionary, Sebastiaan is a ****, and a ****mer without a conscience.
