Poor service and maintenance contractor
The company was contracted to paint our complex roofs with liquid rubber. Big promises were made that the roofs would be completed using a cherry picker. Turned out that unemployed youth were used for well over 2 months to complete the job. The quality of work seemed reasonable initially, and as soon as the rainy season started, several units were soaked and damaged due to extensive water leaks. The owner, known as Dirkie, was contacted since there is a valid guarantee on the paint. He agreed to inspect the roof surfaces to establish the actual cause of the water leaks. Unfortunately, he failed to return in the past four months after having made at least 8 arranged appointments. Please be careful when considering any of the multiple services that D & Z Maintenance claims to conduct. This is to say the least, an extremely disappointing contractor.
