Paid for service but not delivered

I contacted the owner Divendran which I had found his number on the internet for DSTV repairs/installations etc. He came through to my house 3 times but the decoder and tv is still not working. We also paid him R400 but the process is not complete. This has occurred 3 weeks ago. He doesn't answer his phone ********** .
