Doesn't want to pay money back!!

We bought a BROKEN Water Pump from Danie who said he would swop it out - Then he said he couldn't find another one, then he said he would repair the broken one he gave us in the first place. Then we sourced one from someone else. Danie said he couldn't fix the water pump and would refund us. It has been almost 2 months and he blocked us on Whatsapp and has not returned our calls, he refuses to answer and when he did answer he was RUDE. Don't EVER do business with this man. We know of someone who bought a Engine from him who ended up getting arrested because it was ******!!!! Will NEVER do business with this man EVER.
