Bad service

I am so disappointed I have ordered lock nut for my car is broken,I ordered on 11 March 2019 I was told that it takes two days I went to ask on 20 March 2019 I was told not yet deliver for how long and I am using someone car and petrol, I can't drive my own car because my front tires are not in good condition so I guess I don't have a car,this is totally unacceptable currently now I can't even go on holiday with my kids just for lock nut(BMW rustenburg north west) this is pathetic
