Wonderful Stellenbosch dinners under magnificent oak trees

We spent memorable evenings with family at the Oude Werf in Stellenbosch. The ambience on the stoep was superb, the service discreet, friendly and inobtrusive, and the cuisine was a lovely mixture of traditional Cape cuisine with some lovely added touches. The restaurant is classy without being extravagant, the décor earthy and chic, and we were able to keep a safe distance to our neighbours. Thank you for good old-fashioned hospitality in a lovely setting under the trees. We'll be back!
