Shocking service

This has got to be one of the worst services I have experienced at a Restaurant. I booked the venue for a baby shower and nothing went right from the get go. <br> 1. I booked the venue a month in advance, two weeks before the function i called to confirm the food items and the manager, Danielle had lost my booking information - That should have been the 1st warning sign <br> 2. our guests had to be subjected to eating cold food <br> 3. two of the Items that I had ordered way in advance were not served, the Manager Danielle did not have the nerve to come and explain or apologize why these were not included <br> 4, The waiter was terrible, - we had to constantly ask after him in order to be served, as if we are doing him a favor to be there. <br> 5. The final straw was right at the end when it was closing time - any normal human being - least of all a manager would know to tell their patrons that its closing time and we have to leave, but no, Danielle and her squad of waiters come through and ********** all the table cloths and food items from the tables <br> ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
