I wish to compliment D-LINK specifically Miguel for helping to get the DWR-730 working again.

I was impressed by their friendliness, their timeously delivery and the consistency of the feedback on where they are at in the process.

I certainly wish/hope that other organisations in South Africa would keep the same standard in customer service.

As a side note, I sent this compliment using the device they had fixed for me.
