Bad assistance / Rude

So last week Thursday me and my friend phones D kingsbury T/A Kinco feeds (Just to give you background he is quite a wealthy guy and they know it he always order bulk and tip the drivers delivering) He goes right through to Henk Bosman who assists him with his order and delivery, all done and sorted with in 15 mins several minutes later I phone the same guy to place my order, over the phone he tells me he is only working in the factory I should contact the office should I need anything. This just comes to show the willingness there are to people assisting certain people, I have never felt this disgusted and embarrassed over the phone, My Family and fellow friends have been buying their grains and feeds here since 1994 and this is now what have become of the once so great service I have always received from them. in the past 23 years I have spend more than R200k in that shop. Very disappointed.
