********, undelivered service and no refund

We contacted D & H Spit Braai Meisters to have a spit braai at our residence on the 11th of March 2022.

We received a quote from them to host the spit braai, we made the payment on the 14th of March 2022, with the expectation of delivery. We have used them multiple times before and never had any issues with their services.

The date of the spit braai was set for the 19th of March 2022. Fast forward to the 19th of March, we got into contact with to enquire if they are on their way to us. We were duly informed they could no longer as the driver and chef's were in an accident, and they could not deliver on the service, as a normal human being we sympothised with them and we made other arrangements for the day.

We were informed that a refund would be done because of undelivered service, and we agreed as such. Fast forward to the 26th of March, I got in contact with them and it was said that the refund would be paid on the 1st of April.

Since then I could not get hold of them, now they are uncontactable.

So please be careful before perusing this company.
