Terrible Service - D & H Optometrist - NHC Bryanston

Avoid going for an eye test at D & H Optometrist - NHC Bryanston. The optometrist got my prescription wrong. She initially did a 5 minute eye test which was already very concerning/alarming. I had to return the glasses as I couldn't see anything through the right lens. She said that it might be the alignment of the lenses, the lab sometimes gets this wrong. So instead of admitting she got the prescription wrong with her 5 minute eye test, she blamed the lab. That took another week. I also had the lenses coated with the blue coating. Eventually it was still not right. At this stage I opted to get a second opinion. Which I did at Mellins in Fourways Crossing. Very professional, they did a complete eye test they took 45 minutes. The Optometrist advised that my prescription was definitely wrong & that the lenses haven't been coated either(which I paid for). This unfortunately cost me an additional R3000. I demanded a refund from D & H only for the lenses, not the frames or even the eye test. They refused blatantly. Terrible service & terrible quality. Don't waste your time & money going there.
