Bad service and poor workmanship

The workers do not have enough supervision and when the borer damage to my floor turned out to be worse than expected they did not know what to do. By the time the supervisor came they'd already glued the damaged blocks down making it even more difficult to fix. I feel that the supervisor gave me bad advice and was more concerned with getting the job finished than doing it well. One section of the floor reacted badly to the varnish but they were unable to come up with a solution. Some of the tiles have also discolored at the edges. The quote included sanding the skirting and door frames which they did not complete. Lastly the head of my vacume cleaner went missing while they were here, when I reported this I was to that I must not have had one to begin with which is rediculous as I had been using it to clean while they were here. Terrible service, I would not recommend their services to anyone.
