Con Artist - DF Doongan Electrical (Witbank)

DF Electricals is a Electricity Supplier from Witbank, We had an electricity problem and they were called in. The owner said it cable fault and it will cost R1800, when i asked for his account details he said he will send me an invoice, the invoice was R3200, when I refused to pay it, he switched off my electricity saying the meters are also his. Becareful of this supplier.
