I would not recommend D Emandleni Security Services based on my experience. 1. Lack of Management Support: When issues arise, management is unhelpful and provides no real solutions. 2. Poor Communication: Many of the managers are not well-versed in English, which makes it very difficult to communicate effectively and resolve problems. 3. Unresponsive Managers: Enquiries often go unanswered, and there is very little accountability from the leadership team. 4. Unprofessional Conduct: On several occasions, security guards have been found sleeping during their night shifts, which completely defeats the purpose of having security in place. 5. Poor Decision-Making: Some staff members take executive decisions without consulting or informing clients, leading to confusion and frustration. All of these issues stem from the fact that management is unprofessional, unresponsive, and unsupportive. This lack of leadership filters down to the staff and directly impacts the quality of service. Overall, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and proper management makes this company unreliable. If you’re looking for dependable security services, I would strongly suggest considering other providers.
