Worst driving school experience ever

Paid for 10 lessons , only got 4. The owner , derrick, refuses to refund me for lessons not received (and I know he has refunded other students in the past as he talks very badly of his other students during lessons.) He refuses to answer msges or calls. I explicitly told him on the first day I have Anxiety disorder. He was nice during the first two lessons, though after the 2nd got touchy with me. The 3rd he wasted 30mins of my lesson by talking badly about his students and when I asked for extra time for my 4th he was extremely rude, impatient, passive aggressive. I nearly had a panic attack within the first 10mins in his car due to his behavior and refused to give me time to calm down. When my partner phoned to make arrangements for the refund he told him that he didn't give a f*** if anyone had anxiety or ptsd. And hung up the phone in his ear. I just want my refund but he is making this process incredibly difficult
