I bought a car in East London, Eastern Cape, in 2024, and it broke down on the way home. The dealership agreed to replace the engine, but after months of waiting, you asked for a refund instead. They agreed to refund your money within 7 working days (as per the 18 Feb 2026 agreement), but it's not been paid out yet, and they're not responding.
