Worst experience ever(Dispatch)

Just when I thought I had the best service when I consulted with Shuwayne about Aim universal remote, everything went well I paid for the remote and delivery on the 29 August (cleared the funds ) then everything went from best to the worst experience ever dealing with dispatch ,Aneke has been the worst thing that has happened to me it's the 08 SEP I still don't have my remote,I call email make follows ups with her she only replies when and if it suits her, every day I must assume someone will deliver and I have to make sure someone is home to receive i***** either I take leave or my husband must take leave to accommodate her work pressure and her problems with drivers while she inconvenience me .I mean the lack of communication is so repulsive.When will I receive my remote.?????
