Substandard NA9200 in comparison to the superior UEC4165 from Altech UEC

What concerns my greatly is the difference in PVR capability between the NA9200 from CZ Electronics and the superior UEC4165 from Altech UEC! The substandard NA9200 is extremely unstable during PVR playback, as it's prone to constant freezing and skipping making it almost impossible to view a recorded program! On the other hand the UEC4165 OVHD STB from Altech is much more stable during PVR playback and will very rarely skip or freeze. The UEC4165 also allows you to view a recorded program whilst simultaneously recording another program. This is such a great feature and it really enhances the PVR experience. Unfortunately the horrid NA9200 doesn't have this capability! What saddens me is that CZ refuses to address this issue! There are many,many folks experiencing difficulty with PVR playback on the NA9200 and this company refuses to take responsibility and attempt to remedy the issue! Another concern I have is the noticeably inferior image quality of the NA9200 in comparison to the UEC4165. Last I tested it a while back the NA9200's image quality was noticeably softer! Now what I mean by this is the image quality is blurrier and kind of out of focus, lacking sharpness! On the other hand the UEC4165 has sharp and crisp image quality! I don't know if a software update can remedy this issue regards to inferior image quality on the NA9200? Is it a hardware issue? Is substandard components, chipsets,inferior scaler,tuner etc. the cause? It's almost like the aspect ratio on the UEC4165 is superior. Now what I mean by this is that the UEC4165 looks like 1:1 pixel ratio,screen fit etc. were the image is sharper and fits the screen perfectly while the NA9200 seems like the aspect ratio is a little off and thus contributing to blurry image quality, hence I say out of focus! I don't know if a recent software update fixed the issue as I tested the image quality about 6 months back. But I doubt it cos it could be a hardware issue! If a software update can remedy this issue then I request that CZ works with Kaonmedia to remedy these issues!
