Did Rob Bruggeman, the COO of CZ Electronics have undue influence over emedia's Patrick Conroy?
It has recently come to my attention that the COO of CZ Electronics Rob Bruggeman has a extremely close personal relationship with eMedia's Patrick Conroy and former MD of Platco Digital. So close is this personal friendship that Rob Bruggeman provided gifts to Patrick Conroy who gladly accepted them on behalf of his children! This causes extreme concern as Patrick Conroy was involved in the decision making process when CZ was awarded a contract to supply a OVHD STB in 2016! Did Rob Bruggeman have undue influence over Conroy due to their close personal relationship and the gifts Rob Bruggeman provided to Patrick Conroy?
Knowing what we now know how can we trust that the decision by Platco to award CZ a contract to supply a OVHD STB in 2016 and the recent incomprehensible and flawed decision to overlook the superior STB supplier Altech UEC in favour of CZ was a free,fair,just and unbiased decision and not unduly influenced due to the close personal relationship between Conroy and Bruggeman and the gifts Rob Bruggeman provided to Patrick Conroy?
Did the close personal relationship between the two and the gifts provided by Bruggeman to Patrick Conroy disadvantage the superior STB supplier Altech UEC? What role did Patrick Conroy play in the decision to award CZ a contract to supply a OVHD STB in 2016 and the recent incomprehensible and flawed decision to overlook the superior STB supplier Altech UEC in favour of CZ Electronics? Was there *******ion between the Bruggeman and Conroy to favour CZ Electronics? Did Rob Bruggeman collude with emedia's Patrick Conroy? These are the questions that must be answered?
The only response I've got was from the OVHD Facebook page who said "They are just a customer page and the issues I raise are beyond their capability". I've addressed this matter repeatedly and so far the silence is deafening! I did have engagement with Patrick Conroy via Facebook and I said I'm prepared to address this matter on Twitter and I hope he would have a proper response to my concerns. Unfortunately he seems to have possibly disabled he's Twitter account before I could get to him. I trust a response from CZ will be forthcoming and they will disclose what gifts their COO, Rob Bruggeman provided to eMedia's Conroy and the nature of their relationship? Moving forward if no response is forthcoming I'll escalate and intensify my concerns!
