Extremely High Prices!!

They tend to employ Sub Contractors, who didn't seem very knowledgeable. I asked for a price to repair an AC in our Server room. I was told that once they investigated the fault, they would quote me. After about 2 hours the Technician said all is working fine. He showed me the parts he replaced, which I am not convinced was done. However, needing the AC working to keep our Servers cool, I had to accept his word and asked the price. It was R3,800. I have been working many years in Facilities Management and know prices for AC repairs. This was extremely high and considered ****************. I strongly recommend written quotes first before you engage in any dealings with this Company.
