Bad service, lack of communication, not sticking to the deal/warranty

The guy from CZ Appliance repairs, repaired my machine on the 15 March 2020, he gave me one year warrant. Immediately after he had left my machine was making funny noises, noises that I never heard before, I told him about it, he promised to come look at it but never pitched, I didn't follow him around because the machine was still functional. He also took my neighbors kettle, and had been promising to return it even today he did not return it, he took it in order to go look for an element. Two weeks later, the machine started giving same problem. I told him about it. He couldn't come immediately or within few days, mind you I needed my laundry to be done. After waiting for him for over a week, he promised that he was gonna come look at it on the 09th April 2020. Now he tells me that he never promised, even hang up calls on my ears. The fact that I can not function without a washing machine does not bother him and his lack of proper communication is not helping. I have paid R1700 for him to repair my machine. I have been waiting since last week for this guy to come repair my machine. I really don't know what to do anymore. He even had the audacity to say, it's not the same problem, although he didn't look at it. And I swear, the machine is giving the same problems. It's simply not putting water.
