No care attitude!

I am absolutely appalled by the service of this company. There is absolutely no competency in communication - we have asked over and over and over for answers after I received less than half of my deposit back. All I want is answers but they just refuse to answer. I waited a week and a half after inspection to tell me to paint a wall causing a huge inconvenience to get it done. I don't even expect a reply - they just ignore emails and pass them onto the next person that also does not respond! The amount that is short may be insignificant to them- but to me it's the difference of being able to provide for my child or not. Absolutely disgusting, will never feel with this rental agent again!
