CRM is disgusting
These people are ******, they are ever ready to take your money and dont wanna pay monies back, they tell you 7-14 days you get your deposit back and do the inspection of the house, tell you that everything is fine and if the owner is happy then they happy, today i get an email stating there are issues with the house, because they dont want to pay our money back.

13 Sept 2019, 12:24There is no communication from them and they lie, they dont attend to queries, they dont respond in time and they definitely make all the excuses under the sun not to pay your deposit back, they treat people that rent like animals and with no respect.

13 Sept 2019, 14:27Sheralyn is not our tenant there is NO lease in her name besides that the bath and basin were so bad they had to be re-enameled & the stove hinges were missing. All accusations above are false . The owner already let the tenant off with late notice and they are the ones holding the deposit not us.

Sheralyn is not our tenant there is NO lease in her name besides that the bath and basin were so bad they had to be re-enameled & the stove hinges were missing. All accusations above are false . The owner already let the tenant off with late notice and they are the ones holding the deposit not us.

13 Sept 2019, 14:36LOL funny now that the lease is not in my name you guys wanna make it public, the lease is in my mothers name!!!! the basin and bath are so bad yet no communication was given to us about that, 2 weeks later then you guys wanna talk but the day of inspection of the property your agent was rude and when we asked what the problem was she blatantly ignored my mother who the leases name is in!!! when one employee is absent from work, everything stands still and no one else is willing to assist or can assist for that matter, how does this work for a big property rental company, and the MD threatens me with talking to attorneys about defamation of character, yet you guys were unprofessional and did not communicate at all. besides we gave notice on the 4th and paid our rent up until the 4th that is a full months notice!!!!! so get it right
