A waste of service

<p>I'm managing a restaurant based in Mulbarton, Johannesburg South. After enquiring about an incorrect order due to their staffs mistake, the company refuses to help us as their customer. Excuse after excuse while being rude without an apology. We have allowed a slip up here and there due to the restaurant not being busy, but when needed they have a list of excuses why they can not help us even though it was their mistake. This company is recommended when you would prefer a late, rude and uninterested supplier.</p>
