Cypress Dale wedding venue

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Writing this review I actually don't even know where to start. We had our Wedding at this venue and boy oh boy! The day of our wedding I saw a side of a service provider i never thought i would. I have never seen such horrific behavior, the service providers were ridiculously rude to our guests. They also did not provide certain things such as side plates for salads or s****s, the list goes on. Ultimately I would not recommend this venue. There is no contract given just back and forth quotes but they came back stating all sorts of "rules" that were never discussed or provided before hand. Things that we were allowed to take into the venue as previously discussed were not utilized such as champagne which the staff played dumb about as well as the time we needed to be out. I've never heard of a wedding venue closing at 9pm. The amount of money that you pay is not worth the service truly.
