Once is enough

Went to Cynthias after trying many other restaurants and was astounded by the lack of service and poor quality of food. Starters and main dishes were almost cold. After trying to hail down a waiter, I asked if the food was frozen before serving. Meat dishes were dry and tasteless. By 9pm, I had enough and tried to leave but could not as there were no waiters to be found to prepare the bill. The owners of this restaurant should not be serving food. What a poor effort!
