Horrible Christmas Lunch Experience

<p>The service we recieved on Christmas day was shocking and very slow. We waited 25min just to order drinks and for someone to open our wine. Waitress rolled her eyes when ordering a glass of water instead of a bottle. Our waitress tried to serve another tables wine to us but ours was actually finished. One ice bucket used for a number of tables. The quality of the dessert was extremely poor. When complaing to the door host about the service, she didnt show any facial expression and didnt even call a manager. After the experience I sent a complaint via email twice and never received a response. If thats how they treat their customers they will never see me again and I will share my experience with everyone I know.</p> <p>So disappointed!</p>
