Horrible experience and service from Cynthia's.

My girlfriend and I attend a wedding in Nov '15 at Hartebee****rt and thought it good to book our weekend stay at Cynthia's from the photos we saw on her website.<br> Upon our arrival we checked in at the 'managers' house and we were shown to an old worn down house, if you could call it that. So look lets be realistic nothing ever looks exactly like the photos displayed on the internet, but damn that doesn't mean that it would differ day and night, the 'house' was badly neglected, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. None the less we made the decision to not stay over in the shack for the night, I immediately called Cynthia and informed her about our choice where after she admitted that 'she told them to remove the false impression photos' and that although we would loose our deposit we can contact her at a later stage and she would see what she could do. After a week passed I got in contact with Cynthia and took up my irritation of the false impression that she created, after a lengthy conversation Cynthia claimed not the recall our previous conversation and took it upon herself to insult me. I would never recommend that anyone makes use of this 'Country House'. Horrible experience!!
