Attorney Cynthia van Dyk - The Legal Practice Council

I paid Attorney Cynthia van Dyk R22,720 in full for divorce assistance, but the divorce has not been finalized since September 2022. Despite repeated attempts to contact her via phone, email, and WhatsApp, she has not responded. I lodged a Complaint of Misconduct with the Legal Practice Council on 28 November 2024 but have received no feedback to date. Due to this lack of progress, I was forced to hire another attorney, incurring additional costs.
