This Company Ruined Our Wedding!

Cynosure Productions promised us the WORLD, Owner - Dewald Nel promised he would be working with us as our photographer, and then gave us 3 amateur Photographers/Videographers (even though the contract states 4) that had no transport to and from our wedding - we had to organize this out of our pockets ON OUR WEDDING day, they had no idea what they were doing, to a point that even our priest had to stop our wedding to reprimand them. We have NO video, we got way less photos than promised. My wedding day was filled with my husband calling him, making arrangement for more people to drive through to our venue from the church so that we could escort his staff, telling them what to do, where to go and where to stand. He was quick to send us an Invoice before the wedding for payment but has completely shown us disrespect and avoidance while paying us back completely disregarding a signed contract of how much he would pay and by when. It has now been 3 years and we just got paid the final amount, today. I would NEVER recommend his company to anyone for a wedding, do not be fooled by his social media pages as he's very good at playing pretend.
