Prompt efficient service

On 18th August 2026 I had a damaged cold-water pipe which I repaired. However, when I tried to turn the water on again, I discovered that the main stop **** was not functioning.

This now became a problem as I had family on holiday from Plettenberg Bay that were due to be at our house in for a braai in two hours.

The company I normally use was unable to assist as their crews were all tied up for the afternoon. They did give me the contact details for CYMA Construction whom I phoned immediately. I was told that they had a plumber in the area and he would be sent to assess the situation. He arrived shortly after the phone call and within the hour the job had been assessed and the faulty stop **** replaced with a new one. The whole operation from telephone call to completion was done efficiently, effectively and at a reasonable price.
