Frustrating and Stressful Experience

Cyclone were referred to me. I reached out for a quotation. I was harassed daily for the business. Once I paid the agreed deposit, the calls ceased. Then all of a sudden the quotation I was supp**** did not include labour and the option I had selected was more expensive.They are now demanding further payments before delivering on what has been previously promised. I am now expected to pay the full amount for a frame without glass and installation.
