CYCLOAN FINANCE - THEY WANT AND WANT....

<p>On the 25.01.2017, I made enquiries into obtaining a loan throught Cycloan Finace. I was approved and had to pay R1950 to secure the loan. The amount requested by myself was approved and Roy made contact with me and gave me the relevant banking details to send the money to. Upon receipt of the funds, the loan was to be released. I then received a loan agreement from the attorney, Bar Rister SADIOQ JAMES, which I sined and sent through. Roy then contacted me to inform me that a further R3840(refundable) was to be paid as per the agreement. I paid the amount to MM Tshepi's account and awaited the fund to be released. Roy then contacted me to say I must pay more to release the funds. I then contacted Roy to cancel the loan. There was no mention that should I wish to cancel the loan application I must pay R1500. I told him that I had no funds available to cancel and he can deduct the R1500 from the moneies I already paid and he can deposit the balance into my account. I have sent numerous email and sms's in this regard to cancel the loan application and to return my money but to no avail.</p> <p> </p>
